Copy the email signature sample found at the bottom of the doc
Open Gmail: click the cog icon in the top right corner: click "Settings"
- You'll find the "Signatures" section towards the bottom, where you can paste into a field
IMPORTANT: update the text (name, job title, email, phone number) and the link to your email
Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page
